Our Souvas and moose meat, comes from Anders Skum in Ammarnäs where the meat is cold smoked in an old fashioned style. The almond potato comes from Selet and the salmon from Norums Fiskrökeri in Bygdeå. You will find our menus further down.
You will dine either in our viking-house that holds 250 seated guests, or in our forest cot that holds 55 guests. It all depends on the size of your company.
